Manpower consultancy
Once the potential candidate has been identified, the next step is his selection test, oral or practical, by the employer or his authorized representative. For this we make complete arrangements for travel, accommodation etc, ensuring that the candidate reaches the place in right time.
In case we are entrusted with the selection & testing of the prospective employee, we conduct it with the help of a panel of experts,for technical & professional categories, under direct supervision of our professional executives.
Visa Assistance
Being cognizant of the all the intricacies involved in an international recruitment procedure, we specialize in providing fast and dependable services. We also obtain "Emigration Clearance" from the concerned Government Department for the candidates. The employer may send PTA or remit necessary traveling expenses in favor of "Shella Consultants", to facilitate traveling as scheduled.
Medical Checkup
Complying with the immigration norms as well as regulations of several corporates, we ensure that the candidate is physically fit for the job. For this, we get the medical check up done at our end and ask the candidate to undertake the relevant tests. A thorough check up at our end saves significant time and unnecessary complications in foreign land.
Orientation program
Once the candidate has been selected, before his final departure, we also conduct an orientation program where in he is familiarized with different crucial aspects like the work culture of prospective organization, industrial practices, safety issues, labor laws and other relevant issues, so that the time taken for adjustment in the job is minimal.
International
Recruitment Procedure. The relationship between the client and Esource global would begin with the execution of an recruitment agreement stating clearly the business terms and the responsiblities of both the client and Esource global pertaining to the supply of Indian Manpower.

Demand Letter (Download here)
The client will formally issue a demand letter in favour of Esource Global stating the job categories , number of workers required in each category , monthly salary , duration of contract and other amenities for workers such as food , medical , transport , air passage , accommodation etc.
Letter of Authority (Download here)
The client will issue a letter of authority in favour of Esource Global addressed to the Consulate General of the concerned Embassy in India , informing him that M/s. Esource Global is their bonafide Manpower recruiting agent fully authorised to deal with all visa matters , submissions and delivery , with the said Embassy. (applicable to middle - east and far- east countries only).

Selection
We always prefer selection of applicant either by oral or practical test to be conducted by the employer or his authorised representative. We arrange his /their accommodation , transport and all other logistic support required for the purpose. In case we are entrusted with the selection & testing of worker , we normally do it with the help of a team of experts for technical & professional categories under direct supervision of our professional executives.
Medical Checkup
After final selection we send the workers/ candidates for medical check up by the authorised medical center of the respective Embassies of the country of employment.
Application for visa
For selected candidates , we will apply for the visa in the respective embassy as authorised by the employer.
Ticketing and Emigration
The employer may send PTA or remit necessary travelling expenses in favour of Shella Consultants to facilitate travelling as scheduled. We obtain emigration clearance from the concerned Govt. Dept. for the candidates.
Orientation before departure
Shella Consultants provides basic orientation to workers before travelling abroad. The workers are informed about their duties and responsibilities while abroad and a first hand information of work environment there & salient features of labour laws of the country of employment.
